Upon deactivation, you will lose access to all Services and content associated with your Account, and we are not obligated to provide refunds or reinstate your Account.

All Content is copyrighted, and unauthorized sharing or distribution of Content with non-members or any third party is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to share, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Content, including with non-members, without our prior written consent.

4.3 User-Generated Content

If you submit or post any content to the Website, such as comments, feedback, or quiz responses ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the Website and Services. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website or Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [American Arbitration Association or other relevant arbitration body]. 12. Pass Guarantee and Refund Policy

We are so confident in the efficacy of our comprehensive study program that we offer a Pass Guarantee to our members. We stand behind our materials as the definitive resource for your MRI Registry examination preparation. We guarantee a full reimbursement of your $99 membership fee if you do not pass your official registry exam after completing our program.

12.1 Terms and Agreement

• This guarantee applies to members who have completed our study course and practice exams and subsequently do not pass their official MRI Registry exam (administered by the ARRT, ARMRIT, or CAMRT). Users must achieve a minimum of 85% on the Registry Readiness Meter in your personal progress tracker to qualify.
• To initiate a refund request, the member must email a copy of the official test results to refunds@MRIQuiz.com within 45 days of receiving the score notice.
• The guarantee provides for a one-time reimbursement of the $99 membership fee. Once a refund is processed, the associated member profile and access will be deactivated.
• Refunds for technical issues preventing access to the study program are available upon verification by a system administrator that access was not possible.

MRIQuiz.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all submitted documents and to modify the terms of this guarantee at any time. This guarantee does not apply to the scores of practice quizzes or exams within the MRIQuiz.com platform itself.
